Spun by hand on the Navajo Nation, this single ply 75% Navajo Churro/25% Merino blend is perfect for your heirloom projects. The color is a deep, dark purple.
This Navajo Churro was raised and shorn by Jay. The Merino was raised by Elena. The fiber was processed, blended, and dyed by Andrea. The yarn was spun by Nikyle.
All of our handspun yarns are dyed using professionally custom-blended acid dyes. The wool is dyed prior to spinning, resulting in a beautiful and subtle variegation in the yarn. These dyes are light and wash-fast, though some bleeding may be experienced with the first soaking.
Care: Hand wash in cool water, using a wool wash if desired, without agitation. Lay flat to dry.
